Directly support student efforts to successfully transition to USA and reach their completion goals, providing guidance to applicants and students who need additional support to navigate the student experience. Answers questions via incoming phone calls, live chats, and in-person visits regarding federal financial aid, student account services and questions related to other student services areas, as needed. Directs calls to other departments, as applicable. Logs communications in the database as needed for audit trail purposes. Assists with onboard training and refresher training as needed. Provides accurate information quickly, efficiently and with a positive attitude by demonstrating a high-level of communication skills and extensive knowledge with those you are working with to ensure they feel supported. Exceeds expectations and ensures calls and visits are managed with student-first mentality. Attends and participates in scheduled events during and after office hours, as needed. Participates in extended office hours as scheduled during the year. Provides general office support that assists in the functioning of the office. Regular and prompt attendance. Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required. Related duties as required.
