Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the restorative nursing program
- Collaborate with therapy team on individualized plans
- Monitor and document resident progress
- Train and support CNAs in restorative techniques
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or rehab experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for improving resident outcomes
