At this time, SCI is recruiting highly qualified candidates whose background and career goals meet our needs for the following position in Huntsville, AL. Please note that due to Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Position Title: Associate Program Manager

Position Overview:

Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development. Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customers appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

& Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, directly related work experience required.
& Minimum 0-2 years related experience. Defense and Aerospace experience desirable.
& Strong computer skills to include MS Word, Project, Excel and Outlook.
& Solid written/verbal business communication skills.
& Ability to effectively communicate both technical and non technical concepts to both technical and non technical professionals.
& Strong presentation skills.
& Ability/willingness to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment, with frequently changing priorities, is a must.
& Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
