Qualis LLC is seeking a Business Development Intern to assist the Business Development Group with various tasks on a variety of projects. This full-time position is expected to last from May 12 - August 29, 2025. Essential Duties:Research and provide technical support to proposal writers working high priority projects in support of military programs. Support the BD Team in conducting market research, with the aim of identifying new opportunities and understanding of market trends. Assist in lead generation - Support the BD Team in identifying and researching potential Gov opportunities. Provide administrative support to management and Business Development personnel as assigned. Assist with the creation of company documents/presentations and other administrative projects to include coordinating company meetings and special events and maintaining conference room schedules. Ensure compliance with security procedures. General office responsibilities include making photocopies, scanning documents, maintenance of company bulletin boards, participating in business development activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:Must currently be a full-time college student pursuing an undergraduate degree and maintaining a 3.0 GPA. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Candidate must be able to independently and effectively work with all levels of management within the organization. Candidate must have excellent customer service, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
