We are working with a well-established heavy civil contractor specializing in complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, marine, and energy work. They are looking for a Field Engineer who wants to be part of projects that matter and grow into a long-term career.
What You’ll Do:
- Be part of the Project Management team and support projects from start to finish
- Work directly with project managers, engineers, and field crews
- Help manage schedules, track quantities, and support cost control
- Interpret plans and specifications and ensure work is built correctly
- Assist with coordination of materials, subcontractors, and site activities
- Support surveying, layout, and as-built documentation
- Contribute to safety and quality on-site
What They’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Exposure to heavy civil, construction, or project management (internships count)
- Familiarity with software such as P6, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow in construction
